I signed a contract with Jeff in April, 2022, to repair a sizable dent in the door of my Lexus Crossover. He talked at length about his pride of workmanship and that he would do an expert job; he also insisted that I pay him in full in advance because he "was giving me such a good price". I reluctantly did this. He kept the car for a week and, when I picked it up some of the dent was gone but there were still two areas that had not been repaired. The work he did probably took 3 or 4 hours of banging the dent out. There was no other method of fixing the dents, i.e. filler, sanding and painting, all of which he had promised he would do. He repeatedly told me on the phone when I called about progress that he needed time to paint it and have it dry.
I brought the car home, even though it was not finished because I had not had a car for a week and needed to do errands. Jeff promised to take it back before the middle of May, when I told him I was leaving, to finish the job but I have not heard from him again. His work was incomplete and amateurish. My sons did better body work when they were teenagers. I would definitely not recommend this man as he is unreliable and, from my experience, does very poor body work.

I am going to amend the above review to give 4 stars instead of 1 as in my original review. After I posted the above review, Jeff called me and said he was ready to finish the job he had started in April and said at the time that he would finish mid-May. He also asked me to change the poor review I had posted for him. I told him I would change the review when the car was repaired to the quality that he had said was his standard.

So, I took the car up once again to his shop. He said it would take two days and he kept his word. He also got out the rest of the dents and did a good job of making the car look like it had not been damaged.

I am amending the original review to reflect this new job. If he had done this good work the first time I probably would have given him a 5. However, that was not the case. The 4 indicates that he is capable of doing good body work but it took a very long time and a lot of confusion to get it done.

Scam Alert: This man ( Jeff ) will take you money and do very poor body& paint work . He asked for 1/2 of the money up front then gives you poor quality and a lot of excuses. He also has you sign a contract stating no refunds. This is how he gets you .

I had an excellent experience with Jeff's Auto Body Shop. After a recent accident left my front bumper almost falling off, I reached out to Jeff. Even though he wasn't at the shop at the time, he was incredibly helpful and redirected me to his location. The service was outstanding—Jeff did an amazing job fixing the bumper and putting everything back in place. I highly recommend his shop for anyone in need of auto body repairs. His dedication and expertise truly stand out.
