I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by a very friendly salesman named Nacho who provided me with all the information I needed to know about the store, yet gave me space to shop at my leisure. I had never purchased anything from Jerome’s before, so I was pleasantly surprised by all the good merchandise it had to offer. Nacho was especially helpful in assisting me in making good design choices for my home. I plan to visit Jerome’s again real soon to follow up on other things that caught my eye.

We love our furniture but the store promotions were very deceiving. $500 off and 36 months no interest financing was advertised and even though we purchased exactly what the advertisement demanded we were only offered $300 off and 12 months financing. Also the delivery options were pretty frustrating. No weekend options and the delivery window is not a choice. So we were forced to do a weekday delivery with no guarantee the window will be at the time we’re home. We all have jobs and are not home all week until late afternoon. A 4 year Warranty was an extra $500. Which was pretty disappointing. We figured Jeromes would offer warranty with the price of furniture, especially considering we paid almost $5,500 for everything. But they only offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty and that doesn’t include home visits or transportation of the furniture if something goes wrong with it. So, a lot of things they do not tell you but we do love the furniture.

Why do I not read reviews before I go places?!! So my wife and I have spent a ton of money at Jerome’s couches, tables, beds! In fact we have a Jerome’s gel mattress that we have had for 11 years and I have a new mattress getting delivered today! But not from these rip off artists. I went to Derek at Sit N Sleep. Now because Jerome’s is shady they let a $100 transaction cost them a 5k transaction good job Amy! So my wife ordered a pure bliss latex pilllow from them. It came in but was the wrong one and they no longer carry the other . So mind you they would not give me the money back but ordered the wrong pillow and charged me for it. So it was either take the pillow or take a floor model that god knows who has laid their head on it. With no other choice and them assuring me that they always cover the pillow although they are all over the store and not covered. I had no choice I took the pillow with me. I tried it I used it and my face was breaking out and peeling . Not a problem I had before the pillow. So I called them back and asked if I can at least get the other pillow they ordered. Amy said no it’s their policy that they don’t take back used pillows. Ok now how does this make sense you made me take a used pillow didn’t discount just sent me on my way with it after ordering and paying over $100 for a new pillow. Then I tell you the used pillow you sent me is messing up my skin and you offer no solution. Don’t go to these people they are crooks look at their ratings. They sell old used stuff! Might as well go to the goodwill they have standards.

Really appreciated our salesman Agustin. He greeted us at the door and let us know if we needed help to come find him. We found what we wanted and then he helped us rearrange some furniture to see if our pieces matched. Very laid back and enjoyable experience for my wife and I.
