I first went to Jessie a little over 5 years ago. I loved how my eyebrows looked . Sadly I went to see someone else since they were a lot closer to my home. I instantly regretted it . The quality was far from Jessie’s work. I came back to see her and she corrected them like magic . She truly is talented and works magic on eyebrows . I’m so happy with how they look and learned my lesson. The drive is so worth it . The salon is also super cute and very clean . ♥️

I did my research and found Jesse Jane Permanent Make-Up , in Ventura. I’m so thankful I did ! I am a BC survivor of 15 years, I choose a double mastectomy and nipple removal to try and ensure my survivor rate, and my future. My treatments took place at The City of Hope. I have had breast reconstruction, with my surgically reconstructed nipples being tattooed. One color, is all the hospital offered. I went on a search to find a professional tattoo artist in my area who offered the 3D effect.
My results were fabulous, very natural, AND Jesse is a very caring professional.

Three months ago Jessie microbladed my eyebrows. I was going to write a great review a week after they were done, however, Jessie indicated that I wouldn't see the "final" results for a little while after the procedure, so I waited. They are perfect! I am in my 70's and my eyebrows had basically disappeared. I was hesitant to make the appointment, but was tired of not having eyebrows. Jessie explained everything meticulously including the process and the aftercare. She prepared me for the worst, but it was basically painless and the healing was so minimal. I rarely write reviews, but was so pleased with Jessie's work I had to write a recommendation! Thank you Jessie.

Jessie is so talented and made me feel so pretty after a brow fix / touch up, lips, and light eyeliner. She is professional and makes you feel like the most important client she has. I can’t say enough good things about her, her work, her communication and her business. I find myself always looking for a reason to go back to get more “wake up makeup.” I treated myself this year for my 50th birthday and as someone who very rarely wears makeup, I found her work to be very natural and not distracting from my normal “look.” She just has a natural instinct for knowing exactly what to do to compliment her clients’ appearances.
