Good shoes but ppl working there are rude and careless .
No greeting don’t feel welcomed in the store employees cussing in front of kids and talking about drugs.
Just go to another store.

Bought a pair of Air Max 270s size 11 less than 24 hours ago. I tried them on and they were a little too big. I went back today and tried to exchange for like a 10, 10 1/2. They claimed these were "filthy" and couldn't exchange them. Definitely regret purchasing here. Their return policy is the worst I've ever seen and customer service is essentially non existent. I've worked service/retail and I can't stand when people complain over random stuff but this was really upsetting. I spent a lot of money on shoes that don't even fit.

I went to get a pair of shoes from here for Christmas and they didn’t have them in my size, so we ordered them in store to have them shipped to my house. We ordered 4 pairs of shoes that day, well over $500 worth… My shoes NEVER CAME, every time I call or take my receipt to ask about them, they say the state was put in wrong, they’re supposed to be emailing me and they say they can’t give me a refund, that my shoes should be otw It is now June 8th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHOES NOR A REFUND!!! I would suggest you buy in store ONLY DO NOT BUY IF THEY HAVE TO SHIP THEM OR THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any other positive review has been from a customer who's been manipulated into believing these are quality human beings.

The staff is some of the biggest d**k heads I've ever met. These guys ordered $80 of pizza during rush hour and then proceeded to verbally attack me when it took an hour for delivery. They're more focused on their friends who they let stand around in the store. They only care about you if they think they can get bleed some commission money out of you.

Pushy, ignorant, and naive would be a compliment to these clowns. That's what this store is built on. If you care at all about the quality of people who run a business, don't go here. They don't deserve your money. Just go to Hibbett Sports or order shoes offline from reputable sellers that actually take returns if they sell you the wrong size.

If I could give this place a half star, I would. This place is clearly the scum of Gadsden. I normally try very hard to avoid this place because the employees appear snobbish even as you walk by, but I went inside for the first time this evening and was as disappointed as the the other reviews suggest from a customer service prospective. There were 3 working tonight, 2 females and 1 male cashier. One female did not speak at all, one offered assistance, but the "a-h0le" behind the counter thought it was a good idea to make jokes. His name is Jaden, and I think he should be fired. But I can tell by the fact that he was hired at all that the quality of the entire store is trash.

This store is definitely a store I stay out of . The whole staff all they do is have conversations, they don't Greet you walking in , they don't ask if you need help with anything . They really just look at you til u walk up the front and say hey I need a size but other than that they just linger around like it's the hood so guess what i walk slap pass this store each time and go to hibbet sports and everytime I'm greeted they also come and check in on you seeing if there is any in particular your looking for your best bet is to drop this douche of a store and walk down to hibbets ALWAYS

Great shoes. Good place for buying sneakers if you wear an average size. If your foot is too big or too small you might want to look elsewhere.
