The guy working the counter has always been extremely helpful—he’s so nice! Johnny Quik doesn’t accept EBT though, which is a bummer. I can’t shop here even if to get a water/milk/juice for my son.

This Johnny store is in a convenient location because of the intersection and two ways to enter parking lot. Recently a month ago I dropped by again and there's alway a small line when I'm here and the parking lot fills up quick. usually trucks. the cashier seemed nice, maybe I'm just lucky lol. The chips here are reasonably priced, but I found out that the beverages are pricey. California prices are rising yet portions stay the same. I don't travel in this area as much when passing through because the way California drivers drive on these roads, you can tell people don't like each other much. SUVs & crossovers like to speed up on other cars at times rather than taking an open lane. If your new to Clovis area watch out for hispanic ladies and some men in Black or white 4 door cars, around intersections I witnessed a vehicle had a clearance to go right on a turn and a hispanic lady in white car changed lanes on a red light and decided to try ambush other cars provoking accident. This is an odd city.

A good place to snacks and everything but always make sure that they count your money for you, they might not give you the correct amount back. I gave them a 20 for a $3 snack, they only gave me 11 back.
