Went there to get gas and a everything chicken sandwich and they didn't wanna make me one. Instead they wanted to take an old sandwich out of the heat case that probably was sitting there all morning and just add stuff to it. I guess making a fresh sandwich would have been too much work for a crew that didn't have any customers present. SMH

As I waited in line with several other customers I had the pleasure of witnessing their"director of fuel services" behave ridiculously over then not turning on the gas pump forhim . Apparently the new clerk was unaware of who this gentleman behaving in such a manner was. His response was to storm in the store in front of all the customers in line storm behind the counter turn on his own gas pump and tell him he can do what he wants He's the director. Never mind that there was a line full of customers and he never introduced or announced who he was. It was really ridiculous I felt so bad for the clerk. And my what should have been 3 minute transaction turned into a 10 minute transaction because she then had to call her boss and so on to find out what in the world was going on. As a customer my time was wasted as a human being that was a horrible display of how to treat people and behavior from someone in upper management.

If I can give a zero I would, Lady yelled at my husband for looking at vapes...they don't recognize the customer on nights..days are awesome the shift tonight needs to be fired!!!! Thankfully my husband told me not to call that store!

Horrible customer service. I have been in a few times to stop and get a drink while I take my walk and most of the employees there barely speak to you and when they do, there’s a severe tone of annoyance. There are enough gas stations in Paragould that you don’t need to stop in at a place where you’re treated like this.

Bad customer service....you might get service between pizzas. I waited 6 minutes to pay for gas, then she argued about the amount I gave her. I'm like, I had 6 freaking minutes to count it out!
