Rented a suit for a wedding and the suit fit real well and felt nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just beware if you rent a suit the return date is due the day after the event. So if your event is out of town good luck getting there the next day. Not the store or staffs fault but the company needs to change the return date after an event.

Well unfortunately I was the groom and none of our tux fit the way they were supposed to, they were all too short. I was the groom and was told mine would be free and then on pickup I am told it won’t be free any longer. None of my wedding party were happy with the experience. If anybody ever needs a recommendation this will definitely not be the place to send anybody

Went in (Birmingham-Patton Creek location)looking to buy a suit and some coats, and was having difficulty finding my size. Not one employee ever greeted us or asked to help. We were in there a good 15-20 minutes and was never assisted. We left without buying anything.

I would give them zero stars if I could out of 6 suits only one fitted correctly. The pants on 3 where short and the jackets was undersized and we had to swap vests with each other to even fit. The shirts where a size small. The staff on return did not care it here is your receipt will never use this place again..Telling the Groom you would get a free hire then saying on.pick up you did not have enough groomsmen for this offer .I will never use or recommend this place. They asked me too reach out which i did not a response from them shows how much they care about their customers. They want you to review them and they don't care do not use these people as they DONT CARE 000 STARS. WHAT A JOKE

Walked and no customers. Someone from back said hello and then was completely ignored. Neither of the two clerks came up and asked if they could help even though I walked around looking for 10 minutes. Terrible service. I guess I was not worthy of any help. I will go spend my money someplace else.
