We ordered 2 handheld bouquets for a prom for our daughter and her friend. We ordered on Monday and the dance was on Thursday. We were told they would be ready by 3 on the day of. We got there and everyone was so sweet! The ladies were telling by daughter how pretty she and her dress were. They bought out the bouquets and they were absolutely beautiful! My daughter is thrilled and so are we! Thank you for being there for our daughters big day! We will definitely be back again! 🌼 🌸 🌻 🌹

Update: Spoke with Tara on Monday, February 17, she expressed her apologies that I was unhappy with the order. She said they would have a small delivery in & she'd make another arrangement in its place. Offered to send me pictures. I have not heard bad from her almost 2 weeks later. Inbox on facebook UNANSWERED. My original review has been removed from
FB. Why remove it if you felt it was "beautiful" Tara & whomever else will never get another penny from me OR my family. I will post on every platform possible. I will order another arrangement from elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

What I ordered vs what I got. The rude lady whom answered the phone, said it was Valentine's Day they were not taking any more orders. I said, but your website took my order that should've been indicated when I placed my order online. She said she did me a "favor" no what you did was throw some ugly stuff together. I called to order an arrangement for the funeral of a friend then decided to visit the store. Teisha and Laken saved the day! Not only did they spend time with me and help me decide what to include in the arrangement, they delivered it on time. The attention to detail and their creativity made a beautiful arrangement at a very good price

Been meaning to write a review for these folks at Joys Flower shop, and I just remembered because valentines is here soon, I Ordered flowers for my loved one on her birthday back in October and these folks refunded my ordered the day of ,without calling me or even trying to exchange for something else. They abandoned the order and I knew nothing of it until I checked my PayPal , so if your looking to order online and looking for someone reliable look elsewhere 🙂

I used Joy's Flowers to send an arrangement to my mom for Mother's Day. She was overjoyed! Every flower was fresh and every petal without blemish. Will definitely use Joy's Flowers again!

I ordered $200 worth of boutonnière and clutches for Christmas dance. They lost half of our order due to the printer along with the half they did was incorrect. Was supposed to be all red roses and had one red and the rest white.

I gave them another chance and ordered another boutonnière and wrist corsage for prom today (ordered 2-3 weeks in advance). They didn’t have my order ready and had to wait an hr for them to throw something together that looked tacky and the main flower broke off before even put on. Then more fell out before even making it to the dance. Really embarrassed that I paid $60 for junk tacky flowers.

My husband ordered me a dozen of yellow roses for Valentine’s Day. We were very disappointed! They looked as if they were just stuck in a vase with no creative thinking. They actually used a silk type bow that would normally be used for a funeral. Definitely did not look like a $135 arrangement. We were very disappointed. Needless to say we will never use Joy’s again.

If I could give this no stars I would! Got a $40 corsage for the Christmas dance and it completely fell apart within 5 mins of wearing it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! We will buy some where else for future events!
