They let me use their restroom hallelujah, but when I say it was terrible, ugh it was. The complaint i have is the cheese i bought from them was not only expired but moldy šŸ™ just wrong! Wil not be returning here.

These people are beyond wonderful . I broke down right outside their parking lot and later went in to buy some thing to eat and drink and they asked about the situation and after explaining my situation, the very nice cashier bought my soda and granola bar for me. It's that kind of hospitality and graciousness that even exceeds top rated customer service. And yes I did return unexpectedly and paid her back. Her kindness was returned with unexpected kindness .Thank you. It's those small things that really makes a difference in life?

Friendly people, they help you feel at home, have a verity of offerings. An essential part of the neighborhood which is a wonderful place to live. Glad not everyone knows this fact. Best neighborhood to live in Fairbanks! Walk, bicycle, motorcycle, or auto every want/need is within 7 miles. You can experience the great wonders of Alaska but with all the conveniences. Including a University (to expand your interests and knowledge). Lived in the lower 48, Pacific to the Atlantic and in between.

Management there is subpar at best. One of the people that work there has anger issues and gets confrontational with customers. I brought this up with the former manager and nothing was done so I left. I give this place two stars only because its a decent place to work if your new to fairbanks and have less than a stellar history. Use it as a stepping stone onto greater things like I did, otherwise you'll be stuck selling booze to drunk drivers.

Yesterday (5/10/2019) at 3:00pm, I had the WORST experience at this store in the 30+ yrs I’ve been going here. The guy who was at the register was rude used foul language that offended me then I proceeded to stand there ā€œin helpedā€ and was told by him if I didn’t like it I could leave. So I waited and waited then left and went down the road to the holiday store where I was greeted as a customer.!!! Our family has supported your store for many years and have fueled up our rigs and toys here for years. This is not the way I expected to be treated as a customer.!
You need you really look at your help. I don’t care if your having a bad day ā€œI am the customerā€ and expect to be treated as one.! This is gonna take me a long time to get over and don’t know if I will again visit or even recommend your store. I’d rather go the extra mile to a place I feel appreciates my business.!

I stopped by the store today and a fellow packers fan was working the register... I had to get some beers for todays game and for some reason my card was declined. This dude pulled his own card out and bought the beer for me. Greatest action of the day because Im now drinking away the drop of my team. Go packers next year and dude at justa store your the best! I appreciate the hell out of thar and i hope you see this. Ill thank you in person as well when i see you. Cheers!

Mike Ragsdale works5 nights a week closing. Mike is rude and lascivious. Lizzy the manager has tried to fire Mike. But the owners son won't let her. Ragsdale is also a liar and thief. Me and my family and friends will never do business there again. And I encourage everyone I meet to go elsewhere.

The employees here are great, but are treated like crap. The owner cleary doesn't care about this store and has let his best employees walk instead of listening to them. I will never spend another cent in this establishment.
