Better read the whole review before you respond incorrectly! Anna ! These Boots are ok some scuffs on boots bottoms worn little on some boots nothing bad I wear boots riding working ect. All day These boots are not bad boots however!!!! Make sure u don’t pick that pair they won’t allow you to exchange them for that reason They have a no return policy so make sure u put the ones you like on an wear them in the store for an hour or so to be 100% these boots are the ones cause they tell you, you have 30days to exchange them however when you go back in the next day after wearing your boot for an hour 1/2 or so out to eat not worn not scratch nothing just rubbed a blister on ankle… oh we can’t you can only wear them in your house that’s what we tell you when you buy them nothing of that was said tho bunch bull crap who in this world gonna go buy a pair boots to wear around in the house smh yall done lost your darn mind personally can careless I’ll buy my wife another pair boots not from here ever tho. Factory outlet in pigeon forge has a one year warranty on boots and they are buy one get two free this is where we usually buy boots from cause they have wonderful customer service and will stand by their product but have found several stores that offer this same deal around nationwide so if u have a pair u liked a lot they can order those same boots or something similar as well an ship them fyi again careful Anna
I can post pictures of the boots they are same as they was when bought out the store I will send someone in the store to take pictures of all the boots on shelf that are already scuffed some soles can barley ready writing Tony loma worn off Justin worn off noccona half gone but that’s the first thing yall say when my wife wanted to exchange a pair of boots bought less than 24hours ago worn to the plaza to eat from the house to the restaurant an home took off lol I’m surprised how yall acted. Just so you know I am that guy I will pay someone to come in take pictures of all the worn scuffed boots and post them yall use that as an excuse not to exchange them lol that blows my mind so watch what you respond make sure it’s facts an you can prove it cause (1) we still have the boots we will video 360 an post them they are 100% same as they came out the store an I will pay someone to walk in there an prove my case yall should be ashamed to have a face of a company as that just take your bad review and do better

Driving to Houston from Amarillo & decided to stop. I have a hard time finding boots- size 10 wide foot here. 😜 One of the employees was so helpful & recommended I try men’s boots. I was able to find a great pair for myself and my husband found 2! Thanks for the help!

I was there about noon on a Saturday. A sales associate came out from behind the counter right away to help us find what we asked for (hunting/work style boots for my 9 y/o grandson). She was invested in helping us, once taking off cheerfully to the back to look for the size we needed. Success!

All the associates were friendly and efficient. They have nice looking stock - a great variety of men's, women's, and kids' clothes and footwear, hats, and accessories. If you're traveling through Childress, it's absolutely worth a stop.

I purchased a shirt 👕 there but once I got home I was not feeling it anyways I took it back I wasn’t trying to get my money back because I seen a belt there I like I was thinking maybe I could change it and pay the difference ohh but no they said it was worn wich it wasn’t still had the tags and I brought back the recip with me trying to exchange it for the belt I would never step a foot there ever again (Cavenders) all the way !!!!

If you love the smell of leather this is the place for you! I'm just kinda kidding 😂 my son bought himself a pocket knife, belt buckle and new belt, I found a dress and the total was less than $300. Neat and clean merchandise. Kind sales people and not pushy for sales.

My wife and I were traveling through and we're so happy you were open. We went in and noticed we only had 30 min before close so we knew we couldn't waste time. After working retail most of my life I understand wanting to get off on time...but being rude to your customers is not acceptable. One lady was very nice but the one that actually checked us out was very rude. She was rushed and then it took her awhile to give me my change because she had to mark it off her precount money. So very disappointed experience.

Awesome selection at factory discount prices. I've got three pairs of boots from here, and their all still in great shape.
