Because I work out of town during the week, Saturday was the only day I had to have some links removed from my watch. I contacted K&G and there was no answer. Within just a couple of minutes, someone returned my call. Due to family illness, they weren't going to be open that day and had only stopped by to pick up something; but, she still offered to stay long enough for me to drive up and have my watch fixed. She was very nice, fixed it quickly, and didn't charge me extra for her kindness. Thanks to super customer service, I didnt have to drive to Montgomery on a Saturday and was finally able wear my new watch to church the next day!

Amazing work. I have used them in the past and have gotten nothing but good work from them. I thought my wedding set was ruined from bad jewelry cleaner but in 10 minutes he brought them back to life and even better then before. Thank you so very much!!!
