I left a slide bracelet to add a clasp to several months ago. Have checked several times. Still no bracelet. They say they are still waiting on it but in my opinion they have lost it or sold it and I will never see the bracelet again. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO K AND K JEWELERY IN GARDENDALE, AL

The owner was supposed to be sizing six of my wife's rings. My wife's heart stopped she was in the hospital a month before she passed. I went to pick up the rings , he said he couldn't find them. This went on for several weeks. I then went in and was going to make a police report. He found five still lost one. BEWARE.

Owner has a terrible attitude. Left a family heirloom with this shop to repair and it took 6 months to get back, and the repair failed immediately the first use. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced. I bought ring from K&K, less than 2 months later diamond fell out, Kevin did not fix, would not give refund & was very rude. I called him every Thursday for over a month & he did not return 1 phone call while he had my jewelry. I Do Not recommend Kevin or K&K.

Don’t take expensive digital watch’s to have batteries changed here. The owner was extremely helpful in the past but recently has not be worth much at all. I have a Casio pathfinder and needed a battery replaced. I included the battery when I took it to be replaced. Now it’s all messed up. Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated last two visits and he pretty much hung up on me while on the phone explaining the issue with my watch. I won’t be back. He seemed like such a good guy. But I was wrong I guess.

Please, please, please NEVER take your jewelry to K&K’s for repair. I took my wife’s necklace to K&K’s on Monday August 15th 2022 and was told that the latest my repair would be done by that Thursday. I called several times between the time I dropped it off and when I eventually picked it up and each time I was told that my repair was next in line (apparently for several days at a time). After three weeks I stopped by the store to ask about my repair, to which the owner searched for my jewelry and again told me that my repair was next in line… I told the owner that I would like my jewelry back now repaired or not, to which he searched for my jewelry again and eventually told me that they did not know where it was… After OVER A MONTH for what was supposed to be a MAX 3 day repair, I recovered my wife’s necklace on September 20th 2022. I heard stories like this about K&K before going and I did not listen to those warnings. Please, if you want to keep your jewelry, don’t go to K&K’s

My personal experience is amazing. Couldn't have asked for better and knowledgeable people to guide me through my needs
