Phenomenal selection of pet food and supplies. The only problem is the staff: they're very unfriendly and rude. They had a large glass aquarium with baby chicks walking around inside. I thought they were adorable, so I walked over to them and gave a few tiny whistles to get their attention. Well, this male 20-ish Latino employee with long wavy hair comes up to me and looks ticked off as he asks me, "Are you okay, man?" I was like... "Uh, yeah, why shouldn't I be." And all for what? Because I was admiring the baby chicks Not cool at all!! His approach was rude and hostile, not at all friendly. I'll stick to other pet stores due to the attitude alone. Thank you very much. Also, the cashier that did my checkout for a few cat toys was rude, too! Jeez!
I'm only giving two stars because at least they have a good selection. Prices are about average. The bad attitudes I can definitely do without when I'm spending my hard earned money.

Daniel was amazing. He brought a huge stock tank out to my car and then helped figure out how to get it strapped down and safe to transport! Super nice kid. Plus my kids love looking for the store kitties and petting them. Everyone is duper nice there.

Super friendly staff. They didn't carry a specific blend of food that I feed my dog but they carry the brand. They put the blend down on their next order and called me when they received it. Super awesome of them and I am grateful. Thank you team!

I am new in the high desert and I am also a new pet owner of my little Lucky 7anna!
So I went in to Kahoots for the very first time and met Katie and I am happy to report that her Customer Service skills are genuine. She gave me a tour of the feline section and I happened to mention to her that the kitten was rescued and that I am currently unemployed so she gifted me with two of her premium cat foods, so you know I’ll be back😉👍💕Thank you for your hospitality and your pleasant personality.

I love love kahoots here in hesperia. They have all types of hay. Even oat & timothy hay, which is hard to find.
Where else can u find rattite feed? Feed stores & pet stores don't even know what the word rattite means😆. I still have my very first flock of chickens & turkeys, I started out with buying the chicks from kahoots.
You guys need to put a store in barstow.

This is the only place in the high desert I can find that offers an amazing selection of healthy cat and dog food. I can get all of my frozen raw food here. Kate is amazing!! She has the best customer service, and even special ordered my items for me on a regular basis. I have received mostly good service from this store, with some exceptions, but Kate always delivers awesome service and is so knowledgeable and kind. She definitely deserves a raise!
