I had an incredible experience working with the ladies at Kathleen's. I had a tight turnaround to find a dress and they knew exactly which designers would be able to get the dress in on time. They helped me define what style I was after and I appreciated their feedback after I tried on several and needed an outside opinion. They helped me customize the dress by mixing and matching a top/skirt to be most flattering, and even gave me the option to choose a fabric different than what I tried on. Additionally, I wanted a long veil and they advised me on how it needed to be lengthened to best complement my dress. With the timeframe I had, I never expected to be able to have such customization, thank you Kathleen's!!!

I DO NOT recommend going to Kathleen's Bridal if you want a wonderful experience. I called and spoke with Megan over the phone and gave 2 specific dresses with their style name and number, without hesitation, she said both of the dresses were $195.00. I asked what the deposit would be, and she said,"$110.00". I did not get a warm feeling over the phone with her, so I decided to go to the store the very next day to speak with her in person. She was assisting someone, but she did acknowledge me and came over. I explained to her that I had called the day before and she remembered who I was. I was very pleasant with her, but did not receive a pleasant feeling from her. We discussed the dresses again, I asked her what the deposit would be, and she said, "about half" then turned around within the same sentence and said 60%. I then asked her if the $195 included the taxes, Megan said no. I told her I have a total of 14 Ladies in my wedding and we were all going to order from her and would there be any type of discount, if there was a large order of dresses. She said, "No, because I would have to pay taxes on shipping the dresses here." That's not true because we would be charged shipping and taxes on the dresses. I then asked her where the dresses we had discussed were, and she pointed to the area where they were. I went to the dresses and discovered she lied about the prices of the dresses. One of the dresses I asked her about had a price tag of $174, the other dress was $168. Those are significant differences in the price she quoted me over the phone and in person. She told me as I was leaving the store that she would call me later that day to finish discussing the dresses. I never heard from her. Megan did not give a warm welcome and she clearly made me feel that she did not want my business or the 14 Ladies of my wedding party because we are Black/African American. Do not waste your time with this business because clearly Megan is comfortable with not wanting money from a different race. I took my business elsewhere and was extremely satisfied.

Kathleen’s was amazing!! This was the fourth store I went to and it was the BEST! I had come into my appointment thinking I already found ‘the one’ at a different store, but still wanted to follow through with my appointment here and I am so beyond happy that I did! Loree was an absolute dream consultant and taught me so much more then I ever knew there was to learn about wedding dresses! She really goes the extra mile making sure you feel confident in your decision, it’s a lot of a pressure buying a dress in such advance. I knew just based off the first 10 minutes of the AMAZING customer service this is the place I wanted to buy my dress from. The options are absolutely amazing, so many different styles, cuts, slip colors, etc. They really have it all!

Kathleen’s was by far the best, most welcoming, and helpful bridal shop that I visited! Meighan asked me only just a few questions and from that, somehow, knew my exact style and what I wanted! The very first dress that she picked for me was THE ONE! I couldn’t have asked for a better dress and better experience— the staff is so friendly and took all the stress off of us! CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! ?

My family an I had a horrible experience in this shop. We came in to ask about setting an appointment. We were not greeted the store worker looked at us and rolled her eyes. She then said “I won’t be able to help you with anything you need. There is nothing for you here” I will never in my life recommend anyone to come to this establishment if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Today was Amazing!!! I said yes to my dress. The staff at Kathleen's Bridal are soooooo sweet and professional. I felt like I was a part of their family. Mrs. Lori was my stylist, and she was amazing! She was very patient and very educated about her products and designers. I recommend everyone to shop with Kathleen's Bridal, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!! Loved my entire experience. My 4-year-old niece said yes to her dress as well. She is so in love with her flower girl dress.

I do not have words to express how thankful I am for Loree. She was an amazing host, she knew her dresses, she explained the process. She took time and showed she cared. She took my budget into MUCH consideration. She worked with me and brought out the inner girly girl that is never there. The girls and I were made to feel comfortable.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. You will feel like the bride you are meant to feel like. My experience was phenomenal and I mean it. I hate shopping and I hate trying on dresses, my anxiety goes to a whole other level. Yet Loree broke all of my barriers and helped. She was amazing and I know you’ll experience the same beauty and feel the compassion. I wanted to give her the BIGGEST hug ever.

So brides and bridesmaids - Go go go go. You will not be disappointed.

My mother and I came here from out of town and it was a great experience from beginning to end! We got there a little earlier than the appointment was set for and she nicely let us start early. Lauri was very patient with me which I really appreciated. I was stuck between a couple of dresses and she let me try them on as many times as I needed to before I said yes to the dress. Lauri & her daughter Megan are wonderful and am glad they are apart of my wedding journey. I wish this place was right around the corner from me to go shopping with my bridesmaids for their dresses. They made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place!
