My experience at Kay Jeweler's was very good. I wasn’t even looking to buy anything and was just looking but an employee named Omar convinced me to buy something. He was very nice and charming and invited me to look at some rings I was eyeing. I didn’t want to buy anything since I thought it would cost a lot but Omar helped me find a ring in my price range. Shadrak got all of my jewelry sparkly again and now I’m good for another 6 months until my next inspection/cleaning. My ring lost a small diamond and he sent it off to get fixed no problem with my warranty protection. Great service today!
