It’s like every time I come in this store I get bad vibes. They don’t care that I’m waiting to check out talking to the employees I ask her a question about the price for something and they think I’m not serious about buying it as if I’m going to steal it. The security was on guard as if I was giving the lady trouble when I was just admin a question. I asked to do cash back she sent me over to customer service only to sit in line 5-10 mins for her to tell me that she couldn’t help me and go to the other clerk. She had an attitude so I just don’t like coming to this store I don’t know why they always do this to me and my mother. Everytime!!!

I hope you notice that your shopping carts are slowly disappearing. My neighbors continuously bring these and leave them in front of my house devaluing the property of all the homes on my street. Because of your poor management, allowing customers to take shopping carts home and sending out a van weekly to pick them up, I have now begun to dispose of every single one of the shopping carts appearing on my street weekly into a dumpster. Enjoy continuously, buying new carts.

I come here for lunch almost every other day. Today I decided too switch up my normal plate of steak rice and beans. I ordered the chicken instead. I took one bite off the chicken and it did not taste good at all. Almost like it was undercooked. I then took the plate back to the store while I was eating in the parking lot. I first went too the manager (or whoever is working as the greeter at the door) who ignored me while he was on the phone having a personal conversation and made me wait about 3-5 minutes for him to hang up. I explained how I just want to change my plate if it was possible. I assured him that I will take a no as an answer no problem but he insisted in me going over too the lady who served me too ask her myself. So I went over too the service counter and after waiting another 3-5 minutes too get anyone’s attention I explained why I didn’t like it and they kept telling me that I was wrong and that I’m at fault for ordering chicken in the first place. I told them I understood and that I just wanted too see if I could change the plate if it’s not a big deal. Well it was a big deal too them apparently. Not only the lady who served me but all the employees around where talking bad about me after I left (in front of customers too). I never ever felt so disrespected in this store. Definitely not happy with this store especially after shopping here for almost 5 years.

Overall experience was okay. The store is not so clean and the shopping carts are nowhere to be found they're all in the parking lot! The shopping baskets are plain disgusting. Some of the items are cheap in the meat and fresh produce isle. Everything else to my opinion are overpriced! $5 for 1 dozen eggs...not EVEN organic or vegetarian fed!! Ridiculous. Customer service is good, you're greeted or get a welcome smile from the employees throughout the store. I would visit again but would not make this store my go-to grocery store.
