Went there today and good sale onest got 16 pounds for 45 dollars but the prices of eggs are outrages 16-18.00 for 18 count, umm why? Walmart isn't even this high , won't be buying my eggs there for sure , grapes for 11.00 for a bag also, won't do that again either

This grocery store has become my favorite place to shop. The quality of their produce is top-notch, especially the fruit, which is always incredibly fresh. I also love the wide variety of food items they carry, and the delicious prepared foods make meal planning easy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, contributing to the store's consistently positive atmosphere.

Okay so first time shopping here at key foods I was pretty surprised by this election of vegetables and fresh produce. I had a great selection of Caribbean items.
The meat department was great on customer service. We were able to get turkey legs cut and turkey necks cut up. Other people were getting goat sliced the way they wanted it. Very good selection of seafood also.
Lots of spices/ herbs. So definitely the place to go if you like to cook the Mediterranean style / Caribbean style foods!

Key Foods Supermarket has a wide variety of Caribbean centric and Hispanic foods.

I was surprised to find parrot fish, snapper fish and an abundant assortment of West Indian produce.

They only receive 3 stars however because of their limited 24 hour return policy. Be certain you examine and inspect what you purchase as they aren't too customer service oriented on the return or exchange of damaged or spoiled products.

Purchased 4 bundles of sugar cane which are tightly held together with seran wrap. It was very enjoyable but one of the bundles had already gone bad and I only noticed it when I went home. I returned it in 48 hours due to Christmas day closure and the young lad at the counter allowed me to exchange it but not before warning me that they only have a 24 hour return.

If you don't speak Spanish they will up charge you at the cafeteria where you order food. What they charged me once. Then I went back with my wife from Peru. The same order was $10 cheaper. However they do have the best selection of chicken in the meat case.

Nice, clean, stocked and organized store. They dven have caribbean products. As for the deli side, I went over there to buy some food and there was a fly 🪰 having a ball on the meat. Disgusting. See photos and video for proof

Worst Customer Service First Time I Go There I Ask For No Pork Empanadas Gave Me Exactly That I Bought 5 And I Never Got The Cheese Or Steak All Pork . Second Time She Had Mad Attitude Slammed My Flowers On The Counter Them Slammed My Food With Attitude And I Politely Ask Her To Be Nice She Starts Speaking Spanish. But When I Matched Energy She Wants To Be Nice.

Pros: Over all nice variety for fresh produce, the store is nicely kept and very organized, easy to find things, prices labeled, sometimes good sales on items… however.. they clean with WAYYYY too much fragrance it kills my lungs breathing in those chemicals… they need to use something more NATURAL. Also.. NOTHING HERE IS ORGANIC! That is terrible. They absolutely need an all organic section for those who can not have pesticides and chemicals. None of us should really, but some of us literally CANT tolerate them. So if you juice your produce, DO NOT COME HERE! You are juicing CHEMICALS. Find yourself an Organic farm or store that sells organics.
