The incompetence here is unreal. You make an appointment for 9am and are told it will take 1-2 hours. At 2pm when you come in it still takes 20 minutes for someone to bother doing their work and getting you your car. Unbelievable! And make sure if you come in for recall work to expressly state that you don't want anything else done. Otherwise they'll present you with a nice bill!

If I could give this service department zero stars I would. My car was brought in 12/21/2023 due to my motor seizing while driving on the turnpike. Johnathan was the service provider. I understood it was the holidays and that any progress on my vehicle would take a little longer. Johnathan assured me he could get me in a rental the Tuesday after Christmas 12/26/2023. That morning I called Johnathan and he did not answer my call. Instead he texted me that he was with a customer. I then asked when I could come in for my rental and he said hopefully tomorrow. I was irritated and told him not to promise me one thing and then it doesn’t happen. I didn’t end up getting a rental car until 12/28/2023. When I came in that morning I asked Johnathan how my vehicle was going to get back to Jacksonville, NC as I needed to head back home with my son who started school 01/02/2024 and that I wasn’t able to come back down and once the vehicle was finished due to my husband being deployed and my son in school. His response to me was “We are all going through something. Not trying to be rude. Kia is paying $7,000 to have your motor replaced and I doubt they will pay to have your car transported.” Fast forward to my vehicle being fixed which was around mid January. They never called me. My mother had to go in to see if the vehicle was ready. Johnathan and his father Randy are the worst when it comes to communication. They do not answer the phone and they only text people. Kia customer care was dealing with the class action lawsuit and was trying to contact the dealership for three weeks in trying to get information on my car and being able to transport the car to North Carolina. My vehicle has finally made it to North Carolina 02/05/2024. Johnathan nor anyone from service sent any information with the vehicle, so when it arrived at the dealership in NC they had no information on what was completed on the vehicle. This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with and I will probably NEVER buy another Kia because of their incompetence and disrespectful service. Looks like Johnathan was wrong after all and they transported my vehicle. Maybe next time you should keep your mouth shut or get a new job because customer service is not for you.

I’m always grateful for the service team leads - Randy & Jonathan always take such great care of me and my boyfriends cars. Customer service is 100!! Always friendly and can guarantee me with last minute scheduled maintence! I never have a long wait time. They are extremely fast and efficient. I live across the street and Jonathan even gave me a ride home to ensure I didn’t have to walk home. Thank you guys! They truly care about their customers.

Wonderful buying experience, but horrible service experience, one time went to my appointment and they said I had no appointments made , went home because they wouldn't take me in without an appointment, got home and checked my text messages and yes I had made the appointment, went back again with an appointment the following week , waited outside for 40 minutes and nobody was kind enough to help me ,multiple people passed by me without asking if I needed service , got tire of waiting and called their service department but nobody answered. I couldn't wait any longer and decided to leave . Another day waisted .

I was visiting the area with family and the morning we were to drive home my car was dead. We managed to get to the Kia dealership and from the very first person that greeted us at service to the gentleman that gave me a Telluride hat for Christmas it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was friendly with a smile on their face including the young man who installed the new battery quickly and efficiently. I wish I could just drive the 3 1/2 hours to this dealership for service!!!! They are the best!!! Thank you everyone for getting me safely back on the road!!!!!!!!

I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change here and when I went to drop off my car, they had no record of the appointment.
They did take it in but then informed me that they could keep it overnight to fix a brake recall, but then they never called me back to tell me the car was done… I also found out they are very overpriced! I will be going to a local car repair business to have my car worked on in the future. Avoid this place if you want to remain headache free.
