There’s plenty to choose from for all ages and toys, but I didn’t find the customer service to be good at all. I came in behind someone and wasn’t even acknowledged, I asked how she was and just got a “I’m fine”, and I felt like she didn’t like my children were with me looking at and touching everything. It’s possible I came in on a bad day for her, but in my experience working retail I had to put my feelings aside and serve the customer. I might give this place a second chance, but if met with the same circumstances I’ll choose another small business to shop at.

I love this place. Unlike Once upon a child that gives pennies for name brand stuff only, Kids Kloset accepts any brand that is gently used. The process to drop off is easy. You fill out the sheet of paper and within a few days you will have your offer text to you. Anything they don't take can eaither be returned to you or they donate to a charity. The prices are fair and they always have a large assortment of everything for kids.

Visited today and they have a lot of toys, and clothes. I specifically went looking for Toddler 2T boys clothes and there was a pretty good selection. They have a lot of Carter's Osh Kosh, The Children's Place, and others. I was a little surprised that the prices were in my opinion a little high for what you get. The toys that I looked at were even a little higher in price for used toys. The lady that helped me was professional and fairly nice, but not overly helpful or kind. They also had some strollers, highchair, and one pack and play, I did not look at the price for them. The prices on the clothes were just a couple of dollars off of what you would pay at the store. I left from there and went to look at the Department Store and saw a couple of the same outfits (Carter's) were literally just $2 off what I would have paid there. I think that is a little high for used clothes. I am not sure that I would make the drive back up there due to saving a couple of dollars is not worth the drive from the city. I am probably being generous with the three stars, but I don't want to trash someone trying to earn a living, just beware if you are looking for some good deals, this is NOT where you will find them.

It’s nice to have this store in town. Selection is ok and prices fine; the real drawback here is the owner is incredibly rude. I’ve been in several times and the experience is the same but waited to review as I was attempting to give the benefit of the doubt. Nope, she’s just a miserable woman. I’m not sure how you can run a customer service based store yet be so openly rude to customers.
