I really wanted to do business with this place but they really don't know what they're doing I guess is the kind way to say it could not get a quote on carpet that was accurate the first quote was but then we got the accurate measurement and that quote included the installer which I was supposed to pay when installed and no matter what I texted them they could not figure out that they couldn't charge me $ 418 for a job that was only going to cost $320 for the product not the installation she insisted that the $400 bill was correct when you can see on the invoice the product was $320 and they even had marked out in red the installation charge but still charged me 418 some-odd dollars so I cancelled the order and went elsewhere and ordered carpet to be installed without all the drama

My experience with Kilhefner flooring is limited. I live in the Mangum area and wanted carpet installed in my Livingroom/hallways.

I called and got a rough quote which had 3 days worth of driving expenses, hammer drill surcharges, and other questionable fees. I called and it was explained as they weight quotes heavy so they don't underbid. Then explained for a exact quote they couldn't use my measurements. Ok, Fine. They sent someone out free of charge.

The person who met us in our home seemed ok at first, but clearly started noticing certain smells and behavior that indicated he was under the influence. He took 4 measurements for a complex abnormal room/layout and wanted to leave in under 5 mins.

I followed him out to the truck to overlook his measurements to find he was suggesting 10 more square yards than what I needed. I explained why his measurements were wrong but he couldn't focus for more than a few seconds.

I have a Wife and 4 children, I ended up upsetting this man before he left even though I was as polite as could be. I do not feel safe with the person they sent out that now know where I live. This is unacceptable.

I now refuse to do business with this company, beware as you do not know who they are sending to your home. Extremely unprofessional.

I never leave reviews, but this upset us too much to ignore.
