Came out cleaned my pool, told me what to use to keep it clean and helped me get supplies I needed. Have been having problems keeping my pool clean every summer for 3 years. It has been a month since they cleaned my pool and it's still crystal clear! Thanks guys!!

Immediately, after walking in, my mother and I were greeted. so, that was a good start. One woman was helping someone else so we were greeted by a blonde lady. But as soon as she asked how she could help, we explained our issue and she just kept looking at her computer screen as if it wasn’t important. Then, after we finished explaining my issues, she looks up and immediately begins giving us attitude. Asked me a couple questions, which I obviously answered, and then proceeds to treat me as if I’m an ignorant piece of sh**. She then proceeds to tell me I need this and that and all the other things, trying to sell all kinds of products. And I ask her a couple questions. All she said is, “I’m just going to bet your alkaline and ph balances are off” and I told her they weren’t because they had just been tested earlier the day prior. The only thing off was chlorine and the fact I had a small algae problem. She insists I’m wrong and continues to attempt selling everything she possibly could. Then proceeds to tell me that liquid chlorine isn’t okay to use, when every other pool place I have ever been to in 20 years of owning a pool, has stated otherwise. Also tells me that to shock my pool, (5400 gallon pool) I need to use all 12 bags of shock. (I have the same shock at home and it says in the directions to use 2 bags per 10,000 gallons. Also, directions that were on the shock were the same directions given to me by the previous pool place I had been to). Essentially, she constantly kept putting mine AND my mother’s intelligence down and continued to have a raging attitude. I will NEVER go back.

These guys close at 5pm, god forbid you work a normal jib and have a pool. Who came up with the hours?!?
