Older:Been using this place for a while now. They've held up their end and ive mine. People have always been good and facility's cleaned. Had security issues at the gate that they took care of promptly. Good job all around.

Won a storage locker at auction from this location. Melissa Holy the manager was very friendly. She got our paperwork done quickly and we were in and out in only a few minutes. Highly recommend this facility in harrah. Clean and neat.

I pay 125 a month for a unit that I cannot access without getting numerous screws in my tires and then am told that it's not their problem. I paid 250 in August to replace a tire. And here we are in December and I go to get my Christmas decor only to have about 3 screws all in front of and around my unit. This is not ok to pay for a unit and not being able to access it due to damage to my vehicle.
