Called wanting to just look at a new listing and Stacie was very rude over the phone and completely refused to show the property without a pre approval. Talked with another realtor who is with a different company and she will be showing us the property and I also mentioned to her how we were treated poorly and was refused a showing because we didn’t have the approval papers (we are approved) and she said that it was very unprofessional. I’m sure if the owners who are selling knew how people were being turned down they would be with a different realtor. We may end up purchasing the house because we do like it from the listing but without seeing it in person who knows. Guess we will see through a different realtor.

We were trying to get a house for rent instead of being in an apartment. Kohlrus had properties available and we went to look at a couple of them. Found one we liked, and was told it would be put on hold for us. Due to medical emergency on the realtor’s part, we waited almost three weeks just to be told after ignored phone calls and a visit to the office that the house had already been rented out.

This is unprofessional and we won’t be going through them again.

Kohlrus Real Estate has managed our properties for us for many years at a reasonable rate. We started investing in University towns when our son was in college 12 years ago.
