Looking for a close to home mom & pop type feel to a bike shop with a tremendous staff equipped with all-star knowledge? KONA is the place to be! Came in to get some tire tubes & valves replaced expecting to pay into the $100's and was pleasantly surprised at not only how quick the procedure was performed, but how affordable this was. Very lucky to have such a great resource for bicycles so close to the Wesley Chapel area. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain everything to you regarding the repair or any questions you might have. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly encourage anyone in the area with bike issues or looking for to purchase a new bike to give KONA a try.

My rear tire was wobbly. Stopped by Sunday afternoon. Met with Denyce, the owner. See said they could repair rim. I went home and got the bike. When I brought it back Cynthia immediately put in on the rack and corrected the problem. Bike is perfect now. Even applied the military discount for me. Definitely recommend Kona swim, bike and run to anyone with a bicycle concern. 👍👍

Wonderful service. I brought my old trek in for a new tube and Travis fixed it up with a tune up in a couple hours. I’ve used them since they were in Wesley chapel. Love that they are in land o lakes now. Also got 3 pairs of sunglasses. Great place!!!

These people are amazing we came ten minutes before closing and yet they let us stay for an extra 30 minutes testing out bikes! The owner and workers are super friendly they offered us water and with our purchase they gave us free water bottles. They even let my son play with their very friendly dog. Highly recommend this establishment!

Travis is amazing!! My experience at Kona was absolutely fantastic!! I purchased a used Salsa Spearfish XC mtb off of FB and brought it in for much needed tune up. Travis did an excellent job at giving my bike a once over, fixing the brakes, rebuilding the front shock, putting on pedals and installing an oval ring. He was so patient and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to set my bike up and explained what all the buttons, switches and knobs were for on the shocks. I will definitely be going back for all my bike needs. Support your local bike shops. Thank you Travis!!
