This has to be the best Kroger I ever visited. When I say they have everything, they really do have everything. This Kroger will make a trip to the grocery store a lot more than just getting groceries. The bakery and butcher/meat department is amazing. You have to come check this Kroger out. You will not be disappointed. They did a great job with this store. The only thing I found strange was the empty area / blocked area near County Line in the parking lot. Otherwise, you need to check this store out!

This review is relating to pickup. We order pickup here every week usually. 90% of the time the order is late for pickup. It is very frustrating when you set a pickup time for after work and then have to make another trip an hour later to go get it. Makes it take longer than shopping myself. If this happened occasionally it would make sense, but this has happened well over 20 times. They need to update their pickup options to accurately reflect pickup times they can meet. Today my husband sat for 15 minutes checked in (during our pickup window) and he went to ask someone and they said it would be another hour! I guess they planned to let him sit there for an hour instead of telling him.

*** 1 week since my last post. Still no change. See images taken today (12/30/2023).

It is quite unfortunate that the doors in the cold section do NOT close. It has been this way since opening. Some areas have cardboard in between the doors. The cardboard is NOT serving any purpose. The cardboard does not keep the doors closed. Is Kroger planning to resolve this issue? Additionally, I have bought poultry twice that was not any good. These issues need to be addressed ASAP!

I love shopping in person at this Kroger, but I have placed 4 online orders and each time they are moved, changed, and canceled. I’ve placed from 12 to over 24 hours in advance and right as I get down to being within a few hours of pickup I get a text or call. Over it. It is extremely frustrating.

I will drive 30+ minutes to grab up good deals at this Kroger location, since it is the closest to me. Alot of my shopping, right now, is based on the sale ads and what's on promotion. They seem to always have items in stock that I am looking for. The drive-up pick-up team is AWESOME as far as courteous and consistency go; however, the reason for 3 stars come in for the customer service provided on the inside with the cashiers and self-checkout monitors, and the dairy fridge doors. The inside staff, all three times I have been recently, haven't even looked up from scanning or acknowledged guests. The self-checkout monitor I encountered acted as if it was an inconvenience to be bothered for help or assistance while using the self-checkout machine. Lastly, the dairy fridge section needs a face-lift on the doors of the fridges. They're falling apart and many of them do not even close, which leaves the threat of spoiled dairy products or not keeping grocery items at safe consumption temperatures. It has deterred me from purchasing anymore milk, coffee creamer, etc. from that section until it is fixed.

What is the closing time ? It is 10:00pm right? And they locked the door from 9:30pm? Only leaving customers can open the door. Wow!! I just came to Publix at 9:45. I was able to make quick purchase and still some other customers are coming in. It is the issue of all Kroger markets ? Or just this location ? Thank you. I will go to Publix more specially in Madison area!!

The Starbucks had a sign up that said the espresso machine was broken. So the “barista” said she could make cold drinks or regular coffee. I ordered a strong brew. While putting things away, and puttering around - she took about five minute to tell me that the thing was that the nozzle wasn’t working for that brew but the other two were available. I wasn’t angry about the outtages but why take 5 minutes to tell me this then act surprised when I say thanks but no — (how long will it take to make the coffee I don’t even like? Then it’s off to the deli! I stand there for a long time and nobody comes to help. Asked a man in bakery if he can help me to get help in the deli. He asked the woman behind the deli counter if she could help me, and she reluctantly said yes. I asked for a pound of ham, sliced thin. I paid $14 for a pound of ham (that’s ok) but she sliced it so thick that there’s just 7 slices of meat. I’m serious 7 thick slices of deli ham complete with chunks of gristle. Ridiculous. She then asks me to tell a manager that there’s nobody working the deli and she doesn’t even work for Kroger. Nobody at this store seems to think I have anything else to do all day — first the coffee time-suck and now I’m expected to communicate with management about their lack of staffing. Put me on the payroll already. The deli meat cases also had a lot of condensed water on the glass, which is gross. I’d like to return my seven slices / $14 ham. I won’t though because even though the store is nice and new — it must be managed by a team with the expertise of an 7th grade science class. Chaos. Never going back. Total failure and waste of time and money. Anyone need a pound of ham to grind into ham salad? Can’t use it for anything else.

The produce department has given up at Kroger rotten meat in the meat department and molded parmigiano cheese in the cheese department.
