The service at this pharmacy is terrible. So many people come here for the fuel points and convenience they just don't care. There are some good eggs, but mostly snarky and apathetic, sometimes just plain rude and abrasive.

Nobody knows what they are doing . I spoke with 3 people that don’t know anything about their work and I’m waiting on the line for a supervisor who will probably know nothing as well.

The worst pharmacy experience I ever had. There is zero knowledge of customer service in this location.

Young gentlemen answered my call and was absolutely rude and abrupt, did not want to hear what was the issue, kept on interrupting me, when finally I asked for a pharmacy manager he said he was the manager… WOW!!! Pharmacy Manager talk to a customers like that? It is a shame for a Kroger to have a managers who does not know how to talk to people. Needless to say I pulled my business from them. Unfortunately, I am sure this so called manager do not care how many customers Kroger will lose because of his attitude, but I just know for sure I do not need to deal with this. I hope Kroger can address this issue so he is not going to make difficult for others.

The staff main pharmacist was extremely rude, my medicine was called in yesterday to be filled today they open at 8am it is 1pm and they told me it will be 3pm before my prescription was ready to be picked up. He was so rude to me over the phone to the point I am taking my business elsewhere it shouldn’t take over 6-7 hours to fill something I take every day at 6am and have to basically go a whole day without my meds. Don’t use Kroger pharmacy ever!

The worst experience I have ever had. I usually go to CVS but their cash registers were down. My doctor called my prescription in the day before and I received no call. I came in a full 24 hours later and they said they didn’t have me in the system. I told them who called my prescription in and the lady specifically asked if it was for the prescription my doctor called in which I responded yes. She told me it would be 15-20 minutes wait, which is fine I went and shopped. I came back and they asked if my insurance was updated because it was declined. I provided them with my card and they told me they couldn’t get my medicine until 3 days later. When I asked why they didn't call to let me know this or tell me originally when I approached the counter, they said they didn’t know. How do you not know?

First time I used this pharmacy and they were so great! Professional and fast. I have to wait hours and days at CVS, but here I had a great experience!
