Went in for the 1st time today and had the pleasure to meet Keri and another young lady(I apologize I didn't catch her name). They were both friendly and gave me a quick rundown of products. This will now be my regular place.

Now that they finally have a decent manager, the store has gotten so much better. Good store,Keri is amazing bud tender.truly a happy,knowledgeable staff member that’s always in a good mood and smiles when you walk in making the experience so much better. She takes her time and talks to you and works with you like a budtender should. I always like to talk to the bud tenders to see what’s good. What’s really flying off the shelf. And with Keri,it’s as simple as I tell her, whether I want a sativa, Indica or hybrid, And then a lot of times I just let her pick it for me, Never once yet have I had anything bad that she has picked. I guess maybe I’m a connoisseur of sorts. I definitely like to try everything. And that’s a good thing because Kush has a little bit of everything. And she’s also good about pointing out new products sometimes when you walk in stores, it’s so overwhelming to see every single thing. So it’s nice when a bud tender points out new products that I overlooked. Because of my mind being overloaded with so many amazing products.

I don't know how a person who GETS to work at a dispensary can be so unfriendly and rude as was the person who hurried me through spending $160.00 this morning at Kush Gardens. I did not get her name but do know she is the store manager. Before even getting out of the car she came out and asked what we were doing there. I told her I didn't see well so my friend, we are both grey haired old ladies in our 60s, was helping me look through their online menu. She replied we had been there too long and it made her nervous. When entering the store she asked me to check in and proceeded to tell me that there is a "no loitering sign" and i needed to remember in the future. She then began wanting to know what I wanted. Each time she was very short and constantly hurrying me. When I asked questions she answered with a short, annoyed tone. When I showed her my battery and told her I wanted a 2gram screw on cart. She said "screw on?" Yes! I paid and left. When I got back in the car, I didn't check my order because of her reminder of NO LOITERING! I just opened it and it is NOT a screw on, as you can tell in the picture. I
Now I live in Buffalo and don't have a vehicle to take it back so I'm stuck like a MAD Chuck!
After we left there we went to Gold Leaf where a very energetic, happy, friendly young man was AMAZING help. Guess I got a new favorite for sure. Kush needs to check their employees attitudes. PLEASE!! This took.place on Thursday a.m. the 20th of June, 2024
