Our experience on-site seemed great. We were planning to get small rocks to cover a section of our backyard and the person was very helpful in explaining our options.

The main issue came with the delivery. We live less than 2 miles away from this area and were told to pay more than $100 for delivery of the product. We paid the amount because the worker explained that they would have to bring their Bobcat (small bulldozer) with the delivery to help move the rocks into our desired area.

Later that afternoon, the truck full of rocks arrived but there was no Bobcat. The truck driver said that he was unable to unload the rocks at our designated spot because the truck won't fit through a section in the driveway. We called them to ask if we can work something out with the delivery. The person on the line said: "So you're refusing our delivery?". That person did not help us reach an agreement, and the truck driver unloaded THOUSANDS OF POUNDS of small rocks on our driveway - BLOCKING the only exit for our cars.

I had to personally shovel ALL of those rocks from the driveway simply to unblock the exit for our cars. Considering we were their customers years ago, this experience is incredibly irritating and disappointing. We won't be returning, but everyone else please be warned.

Had a good experience with the owner who let me borrow some samples i later returned. Bought some sand here but the color loaded wasn’t what I purchased. They refused to allow me to return it despite it not being the same color as rest of the sand I had purchased from them.

I have been going to them since they opened. Owner know him by name and when he is good mood, He will give good service. Counter person or sales man are bad. Three different occasions they forgot my supply. Delay my project.

I do not recommend this place, all things are sold very expensive and they do not work, tools and concrete bags do not work anymore, the material is very old
