I came to this place to have my two rear tires changed, and as I was leaving, one of the rear wheels was about to come off. I went back so they could see what had happened. They made me wait over half an hour for the new lug nuts to arrive. I spoke with the owner and told him to be more careful because this could have ended in an accident. He just kept saying he had been doing this job for 30 years and that he had bought the lug nuts himself.

Supposedly, the wheels had been tightened correctly, but before I left, I took out a tool from my car to double-check, and one of the lug nuts wasn’t properly tightened.

I usually don’t like to complain or to rant but I have to complain about the La commercial tire shop, I have chrome wheels and really try to take care of them. I asked to change out my tires and they said yes with no problem but as thier employee rolled them to the shop he had the faces facing each other and he started banging them together, I had told the owner and he really didn’t care but the worst part was that the rims were damaged after the mounted them. I called and politely let them know about the damage they caused and the lady answered in the most improfessional way saying that they were already like that. I told her that her employee was banging them on the way to the tire unmounter and she said with the nastiest attitude, “nomas fueron tres golpes para que te estás quejando,” English translation they were just three hits so why are you complaining. and then she’s starts to say that she has cameras and then hangs up on me. I wasn’t asking for a refund all I wanted was at least an apology. I’ve never had such a bad experience in tire shops in my life.🫠

Jose and the team were so wonderful!! We got a flat on our way from Arizona to California and Jose got us in and out faster than any tire shop we have ever used. Thank you so much, we appreciate you. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend using La Comercial Tire Shop!

Fast and no wait but do not recommend if your someone with aftermarket rims you care for . I went in for a quick patch and came out with a chipped rim and I just got them 😭
