I’ve been a regular at this store for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about Cecilia, the manager. She is always so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. Every time I walk in, Cecilia and her team greet me with the warmest smiles and make me feel so welcomed. The atmosphere here is unmatched! And I have to mention the cafe de olla it’s simply amazing. The coffee is out of this world, and the bread is always fresh and delicious. I absolutely love, love, love coming here. Highly recommend this store for the wonderful service and delightful treats!

I recently visited this bakery for the first time to place a catering order for some pan dulce for an event at work, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was unsure of what to order, but Martina, a very kind and knowledgeable baker, was incredibly helpful in recommending different types of breads. She explained how they use high-quality ingredients and that all the breads are made fresh daily. Her expertise really shone through, and I’m so grateful for the time she took to guide me through my options.

Sylvia, who was working at the register, also provided wonderful service. She was patient, kind, and efficient while taking down my order. When I came back to pick up my order, everything was ready on time, and the bread was a huge hit at my work event! It disappeared quickly, and I received so many compliments, with people asking me where I got it from.

I can’t believe I hadn’t been to this bakery before, especially since I live in the community. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place for anyone who needs fresh, delicious bread for work events or any type of gathering.

Overpriced bakery. You can get decently priced and tasty bread in a bakery like 81. Monarca bakery bread lacks flavor. I tried the churro roll and they have the flakiness of the pastry very well it's just missing flavor it also has some nuts in it. The mexican mocha cake, anyone can enjoy even a bad cake let's be honest but again lacking flavor and the texture of the bread fell apart not in the way any cake should. The pumpkin slice bread was decent. 1 other issue is their inconsistent pricing around the store, they have bread priced at 2.75 and charge you 3.50 at the register and they don't give you a receipt after purchase. Some items don't even have a price listed. Keep in mind that parking will be difficult to find around this area.

I have been calling to make a complaint. I bought bread on Saturday and when we got ready to eat it on Sunday morning it had mold inside. I can’t go in person because I live in Fontana and I went over to visit family on the weekend. Be careful!!!

I pre-order a large rosca and when I went to pick up my order they didn't have any Large rosca. I am upset because they gave me two medium rosca. However I didn't get a refund the medium rosca is $20 and the large rosca is $42. Not only this but their coffee was nasty. I don't recommend this place at all.
