We chose LA Sierra for the prices and most definitely not the customer service. Don't get me wrong, the employees are nice but focused on getting the installation done. If you have questions call Jr. St their other store near Upland, as he's a great help and knowledgeable.

The waiting is poor, but they have a lot of rims or wheels to choose from. They will probably have to order the tires you want, but if you're looking for specifics, most tire stores have to order.

Didn't seem like they wanted to do business. 1st time told me to get the piece then more pieces (this is why I came to you) and then kept changing the price. That is way too wishy washy

Great service, I took the my truck to add some new tires and a suspension that I had bought on the side. Pepe and his team were able to accommodate me on Christmas Eve. And they have Reasonable prices. I recommend them.

I came in for plugs, and tire rotation as well as a exhaust leak, they were very professional, timely, friendly, and inexpensive. The area where you wait is clean, cool and the recliner was comfortable enough to fall asleep! Thanks guys!
