Horrible service. I tried to call them, and they hung up on me twice before I could even say what I needed. I started yelling the 3rd time i called to get their attention, and that's when she (the person who answered) cussed at me! Horrible attitude and horrible customer service will get you nowhere. I'm not begging a business to give them my money. Whomever the owner of this place is, needs to seriously have a talk with that person who answered the phone. It was completely unacceptable to treat a customer like that for absolutely no reason.

Marcela, the owner, was very rude and unprofessional. We had set an appointment to meet her after 8:30am. We went at 9 and the store was still closed! Then when we called her she was yelling at me! She seems to want to talk down to people, almost as if she can bully them into staying. Very poor people skills, definitely not customer friendly. Most horrible experience in my life. Would give zero stars if I could.

This lady is terrible. She yelled at me like I was a child. She forced her opinion on me as if I was dumb. She was recommended by the VFW but she definitely didn’t give me those price’s. Very rude. Very mean. Very bad vibes. Then she had the audacity to lie to me about including balloons when she wasn’t there for our appointment.

LOVE the customer service here! The owner is always helpful and goes beyond to provide great service. I go here when I’m craving a piece of candy or to get my children birthday party needs. No big name store could provide the attention and help this family own store does. Even on my last minute orders she was very helpful.

I rented here for a baby shower and the owner seemed nice from the beginning then once the day of the event came she was extremely unprofessional I had to go several times to the store because she forgot the supplies she promised. Also rented runners to others she had promised to have for my event she's unorganized the table cloths were stained and chairs and tables were in bad condition rusty and old the baby shower chair was broken and dangerous for any pregnant women to sit on she then promised to refund me 200 then dropped down to 100 to show up and try to only give me 60 then to get unprofessional and loud never again will we recommend or do business. To top it off she tried to complain and say we should of washed her table cloths when they had already came stained.

Definitely not the place to go. I spent over 600 dollars here, and they were suppose to have things ready for me for the day of the party, well, it wasn't. Then they tried to argue with me to the point of almost fighting because they messed up. I wish I never came here. Don't let this place screw you out of your money, definitely not a humble, honest, and modest place of business
