This boutique, by far, has surpassed my expectations. The owner and staff are extremely helpful, and ALL of their clothing is quality material. They cater to all shapes and sizes and events dressy or casual. They have beautiful accessories and amazing referrals for alterations (if needed) with impeccable turnaround time. She's quick on responses for questions and does custom orders for a specific look you are trying to achieve, depending on availability and advance notice. This is definitely my go-to spot.

I have been ordering from Lady Luck Boutique since 2017 and love the clothing. Tiffany is very responsive and professional. Every thing that I've ordered, I love and get many compliments. This is definitely my go to fire clothing and it's clear that others love the items as much as I do because they sell out quickly. I am truly thankful for small business owners who still prioritize customer service like Lady Luck!
I placed an order late on Friday night for pick up on Saturday for the unfortunate passing of my aunt. When I’m 10 mins from Tallahassee I google map the address to find out that the boutique closes at 4PM. It is now 3:58.

The dress I ordered would be used for my aunts burial. Without realizing the boutique closed early on Saturday, I had an eta of 15 mins past closing. I reached out to the boutique and the explained I was driving 60-70 mins for the pick up, then boom FSUs home game traffic and cut offs are placed making normal streets one ways, and the 15 mins is now 35 mins past closing.

I arrived honestly thinking that on a Saturday for sure they would be gone but, to my delight the owner was there AND had responded to my email.
Traffic was crazy and I was so stressed that I only had a chance to check it once.

No one is required to stay past normal operating hours and I know the strain that it causes.
I am so thankful she was so prompt with email that she saw my message.

This was my aunts place to shop and it has now also become mine.

My baby shower was quickly approaching and I couldn't find anything to wear; my friend took me to Lady Luck Boutique and right away I was approached and taken care of. The owner made it her business to make sure I was happy and comfortable, she pulled a few items and helped me make the best decision on my baby shower outfit. I am very happy I went to Lady Luck Boutique!!! My dress was awesome and I felt very beautiful in it.
