I come here for the theater. I like that some showings have captions.
The hotdog place is really good. We go there before the movie and just get a drink for the movie. It makes going to the theater cost effective. Next time, I think I'll try the burger place operated by the hotdog lady's husband.

This place has brought a lot of affordable joy to my family. I hope they reopen the ice skating rink that Covid killed. The arcade here is amazing. All the machines are kept working and clean. I feel safe and always have a good time.

If i could give a zero star i would. We are/were loyal supporters of the malluntil today. We have a 7lb puppy we have been bringing with us. Today a rater large security guard comes up and rudely states you can't have dogs in here. Every other time the security comes up and pets her. The the guard turns to me and bows up to me. Not appreciated and very uncalled for. There are other dogs In the mall also. Peace out. Will never cross yalls threshold again. Good luck businesses. Will never get another of my dollars.

Seems clean enough but most stores are closed and the place seems deserted for the most part. Only good thing in there is the movie theater. Even bath and body works is low on stock at this location.

Dirty and boring. Most of the stores have low quality products and sell for more than they're worth. The best part of the mall is the food court, where you actually enjoy the things you buy. The arcade staff are depressing, security is never around when needed, and the mall will not answer or return calls.

It's time to tear this building down and put a park there.

It’s has the essentials needed to come an have look… there’s arcade , some food and entertainment. Not how it used to be when I was a kid but we can definitely bring it back . I urge you to go to lake square mall and enjoy yourself . Bring it back to how it was Thanks .!

I had a horrible experience in this mall
Your security employee violated my HIPPA rights by questioning my LICENSED service animal. Security guard was a short older man(hispanic) brown skin.
He did not care to listen to what i had say and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and rushed us to leave the mall.He did not listen or understand to anything i was trying to say. He said he didn’t care what service animal i have and that i need to leave as soon as possible. He made me and my sister feel very uncomfortable by watching us until we left.
He did not introduce himself and approached us in an unprofessional manner!

No good anchor stores. Many stores closed. Like a ghost town on a Sunday afternoon before Christmas. Visited this mall for the first time in order to pick up an order from Bath & body Works. Even Bath & body Works had a very limited selection and nothing I even wanted to buy. This mall makes me realize that the days of the old-fashioned shopping mall are limited.
