Went to Cheesecake Factory and (3) three times now, in (3) three different areas of the restaurant, they had fruit flies. They may have been sewer flies for all I know. But considering I've eaten there the last couple of months & all (3) three times I had flies, follow my dinner out to my table is totally unacceptable! I realize it happens occasionally & they don't have enough food inspectors in the city, but (3) times in a row is ridiculous. I hate to say these terrible things, but who knows what germs those flies carry? I told the manager who said he'd section the area off & who did apologize twice. Only problem, it happened in (3) three different areas & on (3) different occasions!!! And, for the 1st time ever, I insisted on being comped & only ate a few bites. When I told a waitress what happened, she informed me that she didn't eat there ever bcz of the food handling & preparation. Something & someone needs to take drastic measures & clean this joint up asap! Sorry. I know the truth hurts, but remedy the situation at hand and quickly, please. I'd hate for anyone to get sick or Gordon Ramsey see and catch sight of these flying flies bcz he'd flip out!!!

Went into JCP to return some items (quick and easy!). My husband and I decided to grab a late lunch in the food court. It was very busy (Mardi Gras Saturday) but there was still lots of places to sit. We were SO impressed with the cleanliness of the entire mall, but the tables for eating were so well-kept. We saw numerous mall employees keeping tables clean and sweeping up debris. Such a pleasant experience!

Terrible mall. They now close at seven making them pretty much useless during the week. They said this had been since Covid which was years ago. They just decided to keep the hours like this.
