Just an extra special day today. Jess, at the Landing at John’s Pass, efficiently helped my sister in her request for a repair on a ring she had purchased a year ago. Jess was easily able to find the receipt and without any delay was able to send Holly away with a brand new ring. That was beyond her expectation as she adored the ring and was hoping desperately that it could be repaired. It is her wedding ring!! Excellent!! We love the store and will be back!!

Jess was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and took her time to help me find new links for my husband’s bracelet. Then as I was looking at rings, she found the perfect ring that I had overlooked and fitted me for it. She was never pushy or overzealous. We will continue to come back to her every year.

Been in twice this holiday gave the jess two briefs and she did a amazing job both times realy friendly little shop and a amazing knowledge and imagination and made the whole experience a absolute pleasure. The Madeira Beach shop at John's Pass is simply a sparkling little jewel box brimming with lovely treasures for you to find. The jeweler, Jess helped me to match a necklace to my Larimar earrings. We explored their great assortment until we found my perfect pendant, a sand dollar with larimar accents. Since there was a quiet moment we also chatted with Tamera about the stunning sunglasses collection, super light too. Bought the abalone cats' eye glasses and joined them in photo of how our shades "slay!" Fun shopping experience!

I loved this store. But hearing that Dawn is gone makes me so sad . I looked forward to coming to see her every year . She was so sweet and always helped me pick out the best jewelry. Its like she knew my style. Sad to say I probably won't be spending anymore money there. The place just doesn't feel as welcoming 😕

I went into the Madeira Beach location to look around and was impressed with all of the beautiful pieces of jewelry. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. With the help of Sami, I walked away with a beautiful ring from the Gulf Coast Collection.
