Smaller sized store. They stock the shelves from top to bottom. Isles are narrow to put more products in. Limited on professional tools. Check first select items have professional discounts. Being on the smaller side its hit & miss on having the brand and item you may want. They may have a substitution. No customer restroom. Staff is friendly and will assist in finding what you need or making a suggestion. Medium size parking lot which is busy most of the time.

This was my first time here and wanted to check it out before I went to my normal go-to beauty spot. I was super impressed by the variety of hair and products. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Very nice owners and great prices. This is now my go-to spot and it's local! Will definitely return.

Find any store other than this one!!!!! Had one of the worst experiences of my life. Went to the store just to purchase some hair and possibly a blow dryer. When I went into the store I walked straight back to where the hair was on the wall. I didn’t touch anything in the store, I looked at the hair on the wall and noticed it was mainly overpriced synthetic hair and that was not what I needed. As I turned to leave the store, again I didn’t touch anything in the store, the owner proceeded to stand in front of the door, told me I stole something, tries to go into my pockets (where I only had my phone and headphones) and attempted to lock the door. I was the only black person inside the store and her “justification” was that “people who look like me come in and steal all of the time”. I’m new to this area and wanted to try and find a new hair store and this completely ruined it for me. I, like any customer, should have the right to come inside a store, not see anything I need and walk out without being questioned or have someone put their hands on me. I will never come to this store again, I will never recommend it and I will report it to the BBB. If you can not handle black people coming into your establishment, do not be in an industry dominated by black people and their influence.

Outside of this, the quality of hair was horrible. That’s the main reason I was turning to leave. Everything looked synthetic and unkept. You could find better in a regular beauty supply store, it wasn’t even worth being accused over.

cristina was the lady that helped me out today , I had to say I have been coming to this place for about 3 years already but I never had a bad experience like I did today, cristina cut me in 3 different toes and the only thing I got was I'm sorry. I guess people can have a bad day but 3 times c'mon. Well I only have to say is I hope next time I go there it doesn't happen again 😕

I had the pleasure of visiting this beauty supply while in California. Very sweet woman! Had everything I needed that I couldn't find elsewhere in town. Great prices as well. Reminded me of back home in Michigan.

small crowded place and overpriced. went with me and my bf and we got watched that whole time. we saw a man come and lock the door as we were pulling up. as we were finding what we were looking for this man would not leave from the corner of my eye just watching us as if we were gonna steal. another couple came in after us and he was watching them like a security guard the whole time on the cameras they had up and wasn’t even focused on checking us out. he was focused so much so, that he wasn’t trying to hand me the receipt. i didn’t even take it but said thank you, bf was like you shouldn’t have said thank you lol i agree though. will not see me coming here again.

I love this store! I especially love wendy, the owner. She is very helpful and delightful. The quality of the wigs are worth every penny. I’ve never physically shopped in the store because I live in Arizona but the website has so many choices for wigs. Shipping is fast too! Lannie beauty is my number 1 choice for wigs!
