Only reason you get one star is because I can't give you none. Promised my furniture in a week because the chair was already in not the love seat. This turned into three weeks and when the delivery showed up they just dropped them off and left. How do I know I got what I paid for? No set up nothing. Now I have to deal with the boxes and set up myself. They offer empty promises with poor customer service.

I had a good experience in store the workers there were nice and very willing to help me find what I was looking for. I loved my table it was delivered on time when they said it would be. I only took away one star because they don’t take your garbage/the furniture boxes for you. You have to throw it out yourself but outside of that good experience. They set it up quick to. You do have to pay to get it set up.

total scam. when they were supposed to deliver the couch we paid for to be delivered , they told us the moving truck got in a wreck and they'd have to deliver it in two more weeks and at this point we were waiting for over a month. then when it finally did get delivered, we were talking to the movers and they told us that the wreck never happened. this company also scammed us out of a lot of money. when i asked for the original receipt, they said they were looking for it in the back and it would take a week to find. then this company had the audacity to call us daily and beg us to buy more furniture. the good reviews they have on here are paid for

I’m only giving a two Bkz delivery drivers put up my daughter’s bed! However, this whole process was pathetic at best! I was never given a delivery date just a phone call that they were 25 mins away from my house when I’m in the middle of lunch. Ok whatever right get home they get me right and puts another bed together for me like cool thank you right super appreciative and very much generous! How about these people would not take the boxes! Like legit refused to. Left trash on my dining room floor 🥺! So now I have to figure it out! Great job Lavish furniture you all really sealed the deal 😒 also I take my blessings back! God is watching!

Went with my family and we were greeted and helped the second we walked in. They have great prices with fast delivery. I drove an hour and 29 minutes from Waukegan and it was worth the drive. So glad I went there instead of wow furniture who had a 3 month wait on the the same furniture I bought and way cheaper. Thank you Lavish Furniture.
