Dave (?), the guy with a beard and a sick corduroy hat with pins, is the kind of person that makes me come back again and again. He's friendly, helpful, empathetic, and has kickass suggestions and recommendations. If your name is not Dave, I'm so very sorry I got it wrong, you know who you are.

The store is SPOTLESSLY clean, the light music is always good, and the selection is second to none.

Good job, all of you, particularly Dave-not-Dave. I'm a repeat customer just because of that guy alone.

I went here for the first time to buy a vape and was happy with the experience. They have an amazing selection of vape and vape related items. It was a little overwhelming but the girl working there was real friendly and very helpful. Their prices are also very reasonable. I recommend them for sure.

Very good prices on Cigars. Wide selection of limited edition cigars as well. They have a great deal buy 4 cigars get 1 free as well as 25% off when you buy a full box. This will be where I pick up my cigars going forward.

Needed to find a bit of Puffco tech for a birthday gift and this was the only shop to be clear, concise and professional! Other shops gave us the run around and were shady about prices, Leaf Life was super friendly and helpful over the phone and in person!

I went in today to get my vape per usual and the employee told me that a customer saw my ex boyfriend bring in his old vape pulled from his pocket to be “swapped” out (which they don’t allow) and that they would not allow me to purchase there because they think I am buying for him. Yes he was using my current phone number (apparently under his name) and they would not take my old number that is (or I guess was) in their system or work with me in any way. I did reach out to my ex and explained the situation, he states that he was told by the employee that they saw him on camera grabbing the broken vape that he purchased out of the garbage (this employee witnessed this vape pen in question not working) and tried to reason with them and even offered to pay for it so he could continue doing business with them. I asked employee what can I do in this situation and his answers were I don’t know.
Very disappointed in how they do business. I understand the frustrations in dealing with customers but I should not be discriminated against for someone else’s actions ESPECIALLY when it’s hearsay. It’s really unfortunate for me but hopefully they can learn from this experience and know what to do in the future to maintain customer satisfaction.
