The ordering process requires significant improvement. I placed a phone order for dairy products but never received it. I contacted them to inquire about the status of my order, and they apologized and promised to deliver it the following week. However, it has been two months since then, and I have not received any further communication or updates regarding my order.

Despite this issue, the quality of their A2 milk and rate it as three stars. However, it is challenging to get any other products from them.

I was sitting in my car across from the store waiting for it to open at its posted time on Google and nope, no one showed up. I wasn't alone. I watched a gentleman come to the door two different times. I am done with this place. I've also placed orders for milk and it’s been two weeks of no response. Not even a "hey, we are not getting milk this week" or something. It's not like they have to call 100 people, I've seen the list. I have no interest in being loyal to them if they are not to their customers. There are other places that carry the A2 cow milk. Do some research and you'll find it easily.

It’s a well organized store and always has a helpful & welcoming staff. We mostly go for spices, raw milk, and natural deodorant. But there are many other goodies to try out. Like all the other Krates is a small shop, but there are so many things to try especially if you are trying to live a cleaner or healthier lifestyle.

I love that we have the option to come shop for just what we need at the time, keeping things fresh, and getting a chance to try new delicious options in our meals. A little at a time goes a long way!

The Wesley Chapel location was super underwhelming. It sounded cool but it’s a very small space filled with mostly herbs & spices. Was hoping for more products. Any of the products they did have were all out of stock. Would recommend checking out Sustain M.E. that’s right down the road!
