Young lady working evenings on weekends below #1 rating from 1-10 recommend customer service training for all future employment. You'll start to see a decrease in sales before you know it. Sadly my $$$ may have already decreased your monthly sheets or maybe you'll notice after a few months of disappointed customers. Best of luck. Thanks

Well my friend and I usually meet and have a few beers and sometimes order food and play the lottery.
But today, minutes ago, we were rudely told we can't bring our backpacks in. We take the trolley so we both carry backpacks. We have always brought our backpacks in an never had a problem.

So we went to Scooters to spend our money!

Waited almost 10 minutes to get service for lottery tickets at counter , red headed gal Saturday 5pm , when she did show up she was on phone talking to someone , forgot to get my last ticket , got a attitude then was complaining she waited weeks to talk to whoever and now she has to serve her customers ,, well maybe she should go home and forget about her job , cause it’s not her best , attitude and all !!
