Very unprofessional, rude staff, didn’t know the difference between dry cleaning and washing, RUINED my winter coat, claim they will try and “fix” but is damaged beyond repair. DO NOT patronize this business. In the process of hiring an attorney to figure this out, as the owner is completely incompetent and unreachable.

The lady at the front was very rude hostile and threatening. She verbally abused my pregnant niece after they had misplaced her dry cleaning which she was kind enough to wait five days for them to locate. When my niece expressed her annoyance, she proceeded to tell her out of spite that she will not give her the items. She had to tell the person at the front she would call the police before she could recover her dry cleaning. Who wants to go through that. You gave her dry cleaning to the wrong person and isn’t proactive enough to go retrieve them and keep changing when she can get her items, then you’re going to threaten her! We all know mishaps happen but that’s no way to deal with it!!!!

I needed a place to clean my comforters for my Airbnb so I googled some laundry places and came across this one. Suzette is an angel, she is very sweet, caring and helpful. All 6 comforters were cleaned in a day and the price was extremely fair. I will definitely be returning. Thank you 🙂

Ladies do not trust this place of business with your dresses, I paid 55 dollars for them to ruin my dress and my evening. The alteration was poorly done, seams were unraveling, not the proper measurements, and several sequins missing. When I asked for a refund, I was insulted for buying my dress at Ross.
