Ordered a double pepperoni, looks like they just used an old pizza and added more pepperoni on it and put it back through the oven. lol. I’ve also been us their multiple times and they say they’ve ran out of pepperoni pizza? how?

Every time we go to this particular location, they are out of everything hot n ready. We were able to get cheese bread. When we got it home it looked like it was some of the first cheese bread made that day. It was dry and old looking. I didn't bother to call about it because it hasn't helped in the past. They just don't seem to care.

Ordered dinner at 5:24pm went into the store at 5:47pm. Was told my order would be up anytime. My “pretzel” pizza was not stuffed with the cheese like it was supposed to be, was already done and just sitting there, and really wasn’t pretzel at all as they just salted the whole dang pizza. At 6:05 the lady up front asks about my wings and tells me a few more minutes. At 6:18 the wings are ready and my order is bagged up only to walk out to my car to realize they didn’t even sauce the wings I waited 30 minutes for. They also didn’t give me my brownie I ordered, so I had to ask for that as well. In the almost hour I waited for my order I saw them serve probably 20 customers. This is the worst food experience I’ve had in Harrah. The pizza was disgusting due to being completely covered in salt. My money would have been better used if thrown into the trash. I will never be back.

This is the second time I'm a row I have ordered pizza with NO sauce, and incomes covered in sauce. I also ordered a surpreme pizza with NO mushrooms and it also was covered in them. Tried calling the store multiple times for it to only ring until the phone disconnected. I will try calling again later to maybe speak with their manager.

I had ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce and a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza this is what I was given talked to the guy who said he was the manager he said he would personally remake the pizza he did not and the same girl who messed up the pizza the first time very angrily remade the pizza what we were given the second time was so much better and appreciated but I know there was other things going on it appeared to be they were understaffed and the girl was just frustrated and wanted to get out of there it was not the quality that we were used to getting.

This location used to be awful but someone new must be running this place because the last 3-4 times we have ordered here it has been AMAZING!!!! Perfectly cooked fast cheap and friendly folks! We love this place now!!!!!

I don't have a lot of money, so getting pizza is a treat for my family. It's really disappointing when You order fresh pizza and get disgusting old hot and readys instead. The most disgusting pizza we have ever gotten from Little Caesars. Don't eat here until they replace their staff. I don't know what they did to the pizza but I would not trust it.

Coming through harrah,ok yesterday evening and stoped to get a fresh and ready pizza, I have never been so disgusted in my life, was so tough and seemed to be sitting all day, I called asked for a manager and she got on the phone and was the crappiest person, I couldn't even finish talking with her because she wasn't very polite. Needless to say nothing got solved because she couldn't be professional. She must have been having a bad day but shouldn't treat customers like this. Customer service isn't in her area for sure. I wouldn't recommend this location.
