I am in this store 4 times a week at least as I live close by. Most of visits are fine. One cashier most times, which sometimes causes a delay to check out, that’s a bit frustrating but common & acceptable. Although last night The old man & the big guy were both there & they were SO RUDE!!! No greeting, no smile, per their usual demeanor, but my micro-chipped debit card kept getting declined, which always happens at this store ONLY, so I asked them if they could run it manually & the big guy said NO, we don’t do that!!! Very rude! I say, well are u sure because this happens every time & the Ladies who work here have figured out a way to run it manually & make it work? The OLD MAN interrupted me & said, “WE DONT DO THAT LIKE HE ALREADY TOLD U!!!!” This was just very RUDE & unacceptable to be so rudely interrupted & scolded like a child for asking & suggesting that their was another option! They didn’t even suggest I use the ATM. Good Lord, I’m so sick of people in customer service being so unnecessarily & apologetically RUDE, Like these grumpy men! These are the people whom are representing & fronting your business.... u would think a friendly disposition was a requirement!!!! Please address & reprimand!

Poor customer service Saturday March 10th @11:53. Several customers standing in line because apparently shift change happens at mid nite. The on-duty attendants was counting his drawer and was not available to help the 6 customers in front of me. The young lady who apparently came on duty was installing her drawer and when she finished at 11:57 pm she made a statement...You'all will have to wait till mod nite before I can help you. I personally had already waited since 11 53. Couldn't believe that you make your customers wait over 7 months to spend our money with you...why

Staff here makes you feel at home with a smile on there face when u walk through the door ! They get to know you and have your things ready for you when you check out !! Clean restrooms variety of drinks and snacks you can almost get all you need in just one stop shop!

I went in to use the restroom and my daughter wanted a frozen drink so I got her a strawberry and when we got to the car she said it tasted awful so I took it back and she said all sales are final so I could get any other flavor so I went and got a coke icee and it was disgusting so I do not recommend this place

This place sells expired milk. Ultimately my fault for not double checking the date. My child was crying for milk and this was the closest place. It pissed him off even more when he started drinking expired milk…

This place is starting to look run down. Just go another few miles down the road to any other gas station.
