I had a wheel bearing fail on my travel trailer about 10 miles outside of Klamath this morning. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it in time and it did a bit of damage to my brake assembly. I disconnected the trailer and drove all over town looking for trailer parts. None of the auto parts stores had what I needed nor did an Rv repair shop I went to. An employee at a parts store recommended LMS trailer supply so I gave them a call. With nothing more than a brief description of my axle and the wheel I brought with me to verify the lug pattern they were able to get me a complete backing plate assembly with a new drum and bearings. Luckily I was able to do the work myself but without the parts my tools would have been pretty useless! The showroom at LMS is LOADED with more trailer parts than I have ever seen in one place. LMS got me back on the road and even texted to check in on me a few hours later! Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

Came across LMS Trailer Supply on Google when I was trying to look for someone to install a hitch on my car for me. Called and spoke to Brian. He was super helpful and professional and ordered the hitch for me right away. A few days later the hitch came and Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND to even come to my house, pick up my vehicle and take it to his shop so that I didn’t have to drag my 4 children with me. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else that he can assist with. Thank you so much for everything you did for us! I appreciate you.

This place deserves the 5 star ratings it has received. My wife and I were traveling through the area and had some trailer issues. Low and behold our cargo trailer had a bent axle. Brian was very helpful from the first phone call and through the entire experience. Other places in town did not care that we were not from here and did not have time to wait for weeks to have the repair done. Thank you Brian and we highly recommend everyone call him first.

This is a two-man operation that helped us out when the rock shield on our Aluma motorcycle began to loose the self-tapping machine screws and washers used to secure the aluminum diamond plate rock shield. Their customer service was remarkable and they quickly had us back on the road with professionally fastened and reinforced nuts and bolts. Top marks all around!
Update: we completed trailering our touring motorcycle through OR->ID->UT->NV->AZ after completing several motorcycle rides along the way...the rock shield remained securely fastened doing its job. Thanks again LMS for the expert repairs and the added peace of mind!
