My one star is for the lack of commitment for customer service. Only one guy working in the meat department. More than 20 minutes waiting to get help. And another 20 plus minutes to pay cause they only put one cashier. I understand they are trying to save money on employees, but come on. That's too much. And it is the same in all Lola's markets.

Mexican food is tasty, and Lola's delivers the goods. The staff are helpful, and Latinas are the hottest women on the planet so be sure to practice your Espanol before visiting. The salsa here is in-credible. Everything is fresh. The aisles are cramped but that's because they have to fit all that wonderful food for you to enjoy!

I go. To. This store A lot. Of times. But since I been. Having problems. With the. Bustchers. I. Don’t. Like it no more. I the meat department they ask. Can I help you or. Something it just ignores you and. Then they. Talk to you so loud.
And the. Guy from the. Kitchen is. A Mexican. Guy he’s. Rude too like the. Big guy I. The meat. Department. He always in the phone I was telling. Him can you. Help me. And. Ignores me. The manager needs to do. Something About it. Cause they. Don’t. Respect nothing

The food was the worst I had. Quesadilla was cold. My 6 year daughter did not eat it. My burrito super was dropping grease and stain my shirt and pants. The beans had no salt. The carne asada had lots of hard tendons. Some other pieces were burn. The red salsa tasted old and bad, about to go bad. The rice was hard. I was so disappointed I called the place and asked to talk to the manager
I asked if they ever taste their own food and he did not gave me and answer. He said he was not aware of the problem. He said that he was sorry and hopefully next time my experience would be better. I don't think Im coming back there. The food was expensive and really bad for me.

God I love Lola's! They have such good stuff in the meat case!!! Get them marinated ribs... one pound per person. Put them in the oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours and them feed them to your friends. They will think you are a genius! When they ask for the recipe, say, "Oh, it's an old family recipe and my Mom told me never to share it." If your Mom is there though, you'd better fess up.

Lola's also has great chorizo. Boil your beans, fry up some of that chorizo and toss into your beans... chop some onion and put in the beans too. Feed it to your friends. They will think you are a genius. "Damn! Where did you learn to cook such good chili beans?!" Just say, "My girlfriend Lola... she helped me."
