I had an extremely disappointing experience at Loli and the Bean. The staff were incredibly unfriendly, and the owner was outright rude. The quality of the clothing available is very poor and not worth the price. I would not recommend shopping here. I try to only shop locally owned, and the experience here was so disappointing. There are better boutique businesses with better and higher quality products available in Tallahassee- shop there instead.

First time going into the store and couldn’t properly enjoy shopping because everywhere I went, an employee would not take an eye off me but definitely didn’t ask if I needed help with anything. Just because I am not dressed like the clothing they carry does not mean there is any less in my bank account. Their unconscious bias is unbelievable and they need to do some serious self reflecting before owning a business open to the public.

I was in Tallahassee traveling and stopped in to Lolli and the Bean where I found a wonderful selection of clothing , home decor , gifts, and so much more. This boutique HAD IT ALL !!!! I will stop in every chance I get !!!

They have lovely things and the employees are very sweet and helpful, but I purchased a pair of earrings only to find them on the manufacturers website for $25 less on the same day. Because they don't accept returns on accessories I am stuck feeling like I overpaid. I Emailed them about it but didn't get a reply :/ I probably would have shoppd here a lot more if This hadn't happened.

This weekend was my first time walking into Loli & The Bean. They overall have great items for the home, baby, women’s clothing, jewelry, etc. but the thing that got me was their return policy. Must return within 7 days and store credit only. That solely stopped me from shopping there. If I am dropping a good amount of money on their ($$$) items, I want to know that I am able to return and get my money back if needed! Also, the girls working were not very warm, welcoming or friendly. Not sure I will be returning. Shame.

I love the store itself, very cute inventory but the customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered at a local boutique. There are times I really want to purchase an item there but purposely go elsewhere for a similar item because I dread going into the store.
I purchased a dress recently and was told that I could return for a full refund if the item had the tags and I had the receipt. However, when I went to return it the next day, I was only offered store credit. No explanation, nothing. Every time I go in the store, the employees never greet me, never ask if I need any help and when I get to the counter they are always rude. Unfortunately I now have store credit from my return but it is unlikely I will go back to the store to actually purchase something because it is never a pleasurable shopping experience.

Horrid staff. Very overpriced and cluttered. Definitely requires a particular taste. Products are a bit loud and tacky especially for the expensive price tag. Bought a monogrammed purse here once. It immediately broke before I could even wear it. They replaced it. It immediately broke again. When I asked to return for a refund the owner was very nasty and tried to refuse to give me my money back for the cheap broken purse.
