We were looking for an office location that had enough room for 2-3 employees with opportunity for additional desks for short periods when out of town staff come to Naples. This location was ideal and the office space reasonably priced. There has always been ample parking and overall its a quite building.

I had 2 awful experiences with this office manager. First she was pure racist...1st experience, I called got a quote for desk space rental she told me the cost $400 per month including internet phone and mail box. No security deposit with 24 hr access. I had her repeat the offer to me twice and I repeated the same back to her and I said ok good. Once I arrived, the ball game changed. This woman was very prejudice. To start she denied speaking to me. Once I held firm she said i had an attitude and didn't know if she wanted to rent to me. She refuse to show me the desk areas for rent. Once she change her mind, before showing me she took my picture on her cell phone sent it out to someone along with a text message prior to showing the space. She took my license stared it down flipping it over back and forth several time made a copy.. At the same time asking my business name. At this point, she seem disingenuous completely. Her voice was shaky cracking as she spoke. All while googling my business name and info... After 15 minutes of having a confusing conversation she finally showed me the area which was empty with 8 or so stations. She intensely starred at me in discuss. Rush me out all while complaining about her time and continued her false questioning of my intent. She kept repeating herself on questions. She truly irritated me it was frustrating. Her energy was very negative awful attitude like a "Karen" she had no end. Refused to give the owners information or anyone above her superiority. She added deposits on the desk space as well as the phone and internet. I reminded her during my prospect call she told me $400 flat was for everything with no deposits. She didn't remember saying but I stood firm. Finally, she told me to leave. I continued to challenge her and then she threaten to call the cops. It was an awful disheartning experience. That was my first visit. It get worst on my second visit.

Where to start… between the flexibility, beautiful building and friendly environment, I could not rave enough about Arceo. To add the cherry on top - you will you be in the best hands working with the very knowledgable facility coordinator Charlene ‘Charly’. Trust in the reviews when I say Arceo is the spot to be!!

I have a virtual office at ARCEO And I have always been dealt with in a very courteous and responsive manner And Charly the facility coordinator has always been very helpful and professional an answered all of our questions and has taken care of all that we have needed . I appreciate everything they do for us there and would recommend it to anybody. Five stars.

I just called these offices and spoke to Charlie, on the mobile app, and I took screen shots, it shows $50/month for a virtual office with mail handling, as soon as I stated that fact she interrupted me and said it was $80/month. I told her I could send her screenshots that shows the $50 a month and she basically said no matter what I said or sent her it will still be $80 a month. She basically lost business for two virtual offices with a great potential of growth because of her attitude and lack of customer service. I wish I could give zero starts.
