Lauren is the manager of this Irvine spectrum Lululemon. She’s really good. We came into the store to track on an order than hadn’t been delivered regardless of the delivery 🚚 confirmation email. She cordially gave us a replacement with a big welcoming smile. We in return promised here to turn it in in case we received the delivery. Great customer experience. Apparently using the fitting room twice for 15 minutes each time with 5 items are signs of a potential thief for this brand. If they have the audacity to slam on the door and harrass customers while they're trying on clothes how further could they go to prevent loss prevention, I suppose my $500 purchase didn't authenticate my patronage. The whole team is condecending, unaccomdating and misbehaves.
