If I could give 10 stars I would!!! OMG! The owner, Brad, Dusty & the ENTIRE service team are INCREDIBLE! I was traveling through Oklahoma back to Houston during Thanksgiving and literally BROKE DOWN on the side of the road. I was devastated!! I was towed to LUV FORD moments before they were closing and they IMMEDIATELY greeted me like family and treated me like a queen! My transmission was shot and they accepted my car as a trade AND worked their butts off to get me in a NEW 2024 FORD BRONCO SPORT so that I could back on the road and get home! This was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a dealership! I am forever grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They exhibit true integrity, genuine care, professionalism and offer the highest customer service EVER! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You guys ROCK!! 🥰
